Municorn.ai Platform Agreement
Welcome to Municorn.ai. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Municorn.ai platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Municorn, Inc. (“Municorn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must provide accurate, complete information and keep it up-to-date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
3. The Service
Municorn.ai is an all-in-one automation platform that blends Salesforce-grade CRM logic with GoHighLevel marketing tools. It lets you build forms, calendars, pipelines, and integrations to streamline operations.
4. Billing & Payment
- Usage-Based Billing: Charges depend on interactions, API calls, storage, and other metered usage.
- Billing Cycle: Recurring (e.g., monthly) with a detailed usage breakdown.
- Payment: You must maintain a valid payment method; processors handle cards securely.
- Cancellation / Refunds: Cancel anytime; service runs until the cycle ends. No partial refunds.
5. User Content & Data
- Ownership: You own data you input (“User Content”).
- License to Municorn: A limited licence lets us use your data only to operate and improve the Service.
- Third-Party Data: You must comply with any terms governing external integrations.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, designs, and trademarks—including the Municorn.ai name and logo—are the exclusive property of Municorn, Inc.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Upload viruses or malicious code.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Service.
- Send unsolicited spam via the platform.
- Violate any applicable law.
8. Third-Party Integrations
Integrations link to external services we don’t control. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for breach of these Terms. You may terminate at any time via your account settings.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
11. Limitation of Liability
MUNICORN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES—INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL—ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after that means you accept the revised Terms.
